One of the benefits of having a large archive is that you exponentially increase your potential pageviews as new readers catch up on previous comics.
But beyond that, how can you get more out of that stockpile of comics?

Q: I see that some people include a transcript of their comic in the blog. Is this because the spiders that search engines use to classify the webpage can’t read the graphical text in the comic itself? Not everyone does it, though, so I was wondering if that was the reason.
