Patreon’s upgrade

This morning Patreon creator Jack Conte announced $2 million in new funding indicating that it would be driven towards developing a new mobile app for the crowdfunding site and hiring more people. It also unveiled a new look for the main Patreon page — and some useful functionality. But more importantly, we now have a clear indication of what it’s going to take to increase visibility on the site.
