A: “Island Girls” is a webcomic featuring barely-dressed and barely-nineteen, surprisingly intelligent and stunningly beautiful women facing love and incredible dangers on the tranquil island of Bora Bora, just before the chaos and horror of World War II.

A: Wild adventure, some romance, mystery, violence at times, and plenty of under-boob. Also some really hot undersea scenes.
Q: How is this different from other comics like this…?
A: It’s different because this comic represents the historical aspects of what happened when native people met more “civilized, Westernized cultures.” The comic features that “clash” and how the individual characters deal with them. Enshrouding all of this is a mystery that may threaten the entire island. So, it’s got the history, the heart, and the scenery you’d come to expect from the South Pacific.
